it isn’t accidental that we have no resources or access to infrastructure for preserving our cultures/lives/history

honestly?

i think the only truly sustainable way we’ll accomplish this

is if we revive stuff like oral histories

we need to start coming up with stories that we can tell each other

and the youth

we need to gather to hear and tell the stories

we need to have lineages of people passing these stories down

not perfect. but.

it would be something we could do amongst ourselves

without having to rely on white ppl money or resources

and they’d never be able to take it away from us.
