that they’ll keep doing what it takes to maintain what power they have (and to gain more) and that the more power they gain, the more they’ll pathologize and demonize anyone who has cause to reject their ideology.

it makes it clear just how far they are willing to go to maintain hegemonic control over the discourse on gender liberation.
